Effect on puberty?

Hey, this probably sounds like a really stupid question, but do the doses effect puberty developement? Because when reading about binaural beats a few websites mentioned that binaural beats release HGH (Human Growth Hormone), is this true, and if so what effect will it have on my developement?

Im 14 years old. I am sorry if the question sounded stupid, i just read some information on binaural beats and it mentioned something about HGH, so i was just asking if it would affect me in any way.

You are most likely safe...But like pantsfacerolos said, do your homework instead of trying to get high.
