About PC and Mobile doses

I was wondering if the doses for the computer give better effects since they tend to be longer while the ones for mobile are a maximum of 15 minutes. I have "See" for the computer and it seems to work pretty well and I just got the Android mobile app and bought "green" for it too since that seems to be the equivalent of the marijuana dose. So far I haven't been having too much luck feeling anything from this app and I was just curious if the 30+ minute ones for the computer have better effects? I mean in theory it makes sense, the longer the dose the more results but I don't exactly understand how all these binaural beats work; so maybe the mobile ones can be just as potent if made right but again I don't know and that's why I'm asking

The mobile and mp3 doses are intended to be shorter on-the-go doses with music backtracks. Many of our advanced users use both the longer PC and MAC sequences for home dosing and the mobile or MP3 doses for on the go shorter sessions. Nobody can say which will work better, as that depends on the individual.

Thank you for the quick reply. I saw it earlier but forgot to ask you this:
I am a returning user so I need to get back into Dosing at a beginner/intermediate level and was wondering if the longer doses for the computer would be more helpful for me? I know you said computer doses are for home and mobile are for on the go or away from home but for someone like me who desires to grasp the best possible concept of dosing, after coming back to dosing after a long time, which would suit me better. I already have the app for droid and one of two doses for the PC so I'm already in for the long haul.

It's impossible for us to say which will work best for you, as different people react differently - some have more luck with short doses that have the music (re: mobile) and some prefer the longer sessions. Only you can decide what works best for you.

Hello, and welcome back! To cut to the point, you want to get in the habit of allowing your mind to wander through the frequencies with BWE sessions. From my experience, I got the fastest results with pure sessions, and I started off with Beta, then Theta, then Delta. Going down in frequency is the easiest to do, as it requires less energy for the neurons to fire, and less of the electrostatic charge in your body's electrolytes are depleted. This will make headaches less frequent and reduce the stress of meditation with binaural beats. Then, start practicing with Gamma, though I would not advise to use the Gamma session more than three times a day. Gamma frequencies are great for quick processing of information, but they tax the brain heavily to do so. Headaches are to be expected, and mild stress may be inevitable. Once it becomes more comfortable, get You-Choose from the software page and listen to the entire session. Do this once a day, with regular use of other sessions as well. before long, you will have no trouble feeling effects. This is the method I used to learn quickly (though I discovered I-Doser AFTER I was utilizing these techniques, creating my own binaurals with Audacity, and the session I created that was similar to the You-Choose session was only 45 minutes long). My primary use of binaurals is an aid in meditation. I also used a lot of Salvia Divinorum tea for spiritual insight and to expand my mind. When I found out about the session of the name "Divinorum" on the software site, I tried it, and it was similar. I never got many visuals from the session, at least when compared to the real thing, but the mental sensation is similar. I was never very fond of recreational use of narcotics, and I do not have a large interest in the drug simulations, but sometimes they are fun to experiment with.
