Some questions!

Somepeople said some dosers induce specification actions in using dose.
For example, if someone uses "MultipleO", then he/she stretches his/her legs and shakes the body like sex.
I saw that in Internet, it was like a placebo effect.
1. Do you move in using doses?
2. If you move, don't you lose your concentration?
3. The points when using doser are concentration and not moving. Right?
Then, Actions that induced by doser, is it a placebo effect?
I think that is just fake effects....If that is true, then I have to practice.

Well, honestly, a lot of the "reactions" you see on the internet that seem extreme are usually fake. Truly, you cannot really cause an orgasm or an actual high using BWE. You can, however, induce an aroused and sensual thought process and maybe some increased blood flow, or a state of confusion, euphoria, and MAYBE mild hallucinations. You cannot re-create the real sensation, but you can come close. It's like comparing a flight simulator to actually piloting a plane. In concept, the idea is the same, but if you crash in a simulator, you don't die. In real life, the sounds are different in a cabin vs a simulated flight, ever bit of turbulence is noticeable, the change in G Forces is real, and you feel a "thump" when you land. Even in a simulator with these effects recreated with an active-response system, you may feel these intended effects, just differently. The perceived experience is different, but similar. The same is true about brainwave entrainment. It may take only a few days to feel effects, or it may take years as in my case. If you are serious about experiencing the effects, stick with it.

Actually, with brainwaves, if you have a lot of experience, you can do literally anything with your mind. You think the great Buddha was just sitting under the tree all that time doing nothing? Nope, he was exploring the universe. That's what we are, spiritual beings trapped in human bodies exploring.
