Hey guys this seems like a nice forum and I'm glad I joined I'm currently experiementing with new doses and I'm just wondering on whats the best way to take the doses? For example lying down with eyes shut or sitting down with eyes open etc.

The best way to dose is your choice, choose the most confortable position for you !

But close your eyes in a dark room or cover just cover them, make sure nothing will interrupt you and try to "not think" and only focus on the dose

What I like to do is lay on my bed and tie a scarf tightly around my eyes. I like the feeling it creates...try it out
