DMT and Hallucinations (maybe?)

So I'm quite new to I-Doser. I tried Vico as my first dose and was very impressed with the affect. The after affect was strongest, last a good 30 mins. next I did CalmME when I was really stressed and it literally calmed me down. So far all worked. I have never hallucinated, but always wanted to. I see all the doses for Hallucinations and have no idea which to try. I wanted something mild to start, so I read reviews. I read a really good review about DMT and how it was quite strong. So I tried it.

I'm going off track for a second. 1. I was hungry during this dose...so my stomach making noises distracted me. 2. I have a bad habit of talking to myself in my head, a lot. This makes it hard to drift off during a dose, because I'm sitting there thinking: "Is this working? I can't tell. What dose do I want next? I know a few I want to try. Maybe this one or that one, I'd love to feel that way it'd be cool. Remember when I felt that way when I was a kid? It was awesome...ect. ect." From what I hear I need to empty my mind and let the dose take me...but I just can't get my mind to shut up! I couldn't find any place on the forum to ask so I figured I'd ask it in this review. Sorry if I'm wrong. Is there a technique that can help me go more into a trance and help my mind stop being so busy? I feel it will really help make my doses more enjoyable.

Ok now to my experience. Started off as usual, relaxed me into a semi trance (I say semi for reason I stated above) and the tones changed. I go off thinking about how hallucinations work and waiting for them to happen. Then I caught myself and worked on trying to empty my mind...I was still having trouble and not much was happening. A few minutes of trying to get my mind to shut up I noticed something...sounds. Not sure if audio hallucinations are a part of DMT but I did hear light knocking on my window (no trees nearby) a whistling flute and a siren going off. All these were mild and distant though. Now as I said I have no idea how hallucinations work. I did have very vivid daydreams, but they still felt like daydreams, not realistic like I was expecting. The only time I really felt something was a moment when my mind was actually kind of quiet...it felt like my eyes were spinning in my head. Like rolling your eyes, but it got faster, and faster...to the point it was impossible for them to spin that fast, I thought they were going to spin out of my head...then they moved up and down at this rapid pace and I saw the green line you see on a screen in hospitals, the ones that show heart rate. Then my mind woke up and started thinking again and it was gone. That was the ONLY realistic thing I felt the whole time. I really wanted this to work, and I'm not sure if it was my talkative mind or just me. Tips would be very helpful. I want to hallucinate so badly...just to experience it.

Sounds like an alright experience C:

To answer your question, there are several techniques you can do to get yourself in a trance and to silence your mind. One common one is counting your breaths, count up to 10 breaths and then start over. Alternatively, you can listen to Condition, as that dose is specifically made to silence your mind and open it up for new doses.

I recommend you try DMT again, and see how the effects vary, as every time is different in some way c:

Happy dosing!

The first dose I hallucinated with is Kava. You should definitely try it!

The point is, to close your eyes during the dose, and focus on the track.

When you're into it, and feel like it then open your eyes and you will see your mind visually.

Good luck.

Yes, I think, DMT-track can induce hallucination.

When I tried DMT on the go, I feel some psychedic effects, looks like 350-400 mcg 25I-NBOMe or start dosage of LSA. This may mean that this rhythm affects on brain as well as the impact on the HTR-receptors. Or rather - as hyperpolarized cell membrane under the influence of activation HTR2A-receptors and simultaneously with the influences on mediators.

P.S. I'm from Russia - sorry for my bad English.
