beats audio

beats audio, not the headphones but the EQ. beats audio comes stock with some HP computers, HTC phones, and if I'm not mistaken chrysler cars. i know that some people say don't use equalizers (but i find a lot of people say a lot of things on this forum lol) what beats audio does is basically boosts the bass. some people even will say that it makes the highs a little more clearer. I'm not sure about that but it most definitely boosts bass.

anyway what i want to ask is, if you use a equalizer that boosts bass, wouldn't it help you dose? correct me if i'm wrong but if you have a tone of 10,000 ghz in your left ear then 10,008 ghz in your right (so a alpha wave) and through a bass boosting EQ it changes it to 9,000 ghz and 9,008 ghz and would still be a alpha wave just at a deeper tone. wouldn't it be more comfortable because you wouldn't have to have it to loud so you can hear the bass tones?

what got me thinking about this is a post by SadLittlePony (about headphones and i can provide a link if you guys would like) he says "The more bass your headphones have the more balance your headphones will have." which in my opinion s correct.

ive been dosing on and off for like 2 years, maybe a little longer. and i was never big into it until now. so if im wrong about anything feel free to correct me =]

I have personally found that Beats Audio headphones lack a lot of mid, but have excessive bass and treble. Since the carrier frequencies for a lot of I-Doser products are around the mid ranges (about 100-300 hertz or so), the actual binaurals may be more difficult to hear with beats audio. Use headphones from I-Doser's approved headphones list for best results, or headphones with full, rich sound, with no equalizers

0-200 is low end and 300 is when it actually starts really turning into mid. (actually alot of people say that mids start at 1.5kghz because of how the frequency spectrum works. but with music like 300 is like the low mids) but i was talking about the equalizer that comes stock with some computers. but the reason why i brought it up is because most headphones aren't "full" because its easier for headphones to reproduce the higher end of the spectrum. so often headphones are lopsided, and when you do a dose then you hear a looootttt of white noise and then then the rest is like background noise.

the headphones i have are rebels from the house of marley (they are amazing) those particular headphones arent on the list but some of the other house of marley headphones are lol them not being on the list just means one of the developers use them

ghz doesn't exist in audio. And using bass boost to amplify I-Dosing will not work. The doses are designed to be played at specific frequencies, bass boosting alters frequencies (The Hz) and can change your dose. Using bass boost will definitely not help out your I-Dosing experience.

Okay I didn't even put much thought into the equalizer settings.... I've had my bass boost on and the boost and treble all the way up on this laptop, does that mean I should turn everything all the way down????

No no no, all you got to do is have them leveled. There might even be a setting that says "Normal" or "Flat", this will level out your bass, treble, and everything in between allowing you the most optimal IDosing conditions
