The dose started out as any other dose does, I began counting up to 10 then 10 again and so forth. My mind began to wander it always does but i caught myself and kept counting, alot of times in this dose i had vivid short dreams where id go off from the counting but id always catch myself, At the peak of the dose i felt starved of air and my eyes felt like they were spinning in my head. At this moment the my whole body and the bed started flowing side to side like waves and i was seeing things under my eyes but i couldn't make out exactly what it was. Overall this was a pretty exciting dose, maybe ill try it again to see if i have a greater effect.
I'm open for recommendations any at all send them my way.
