Is it only me who feels like a little of 'fear' when listening to the doses? Like, everything is dark, all silent and I'm all alone listening I feel like afraid, besides such a strange sound the doses has.

Also, iPhone 5 apple ear phones are good for doses? Seems to work fine for me

haha, i think i know what you mean. The idea of what your supposed to do to prepare for it sounds a bit creepy, but i don't personally get "scared", although i can't help my heart racing.

As for your earphones, technically I think anything will work, aslong as these isn't any bass/treble boost, and that its comfortable, although headphones are better!
