So i decided to try acid qh again because it was one of the few doses that actually worked.
After about 5mins or so (i guess) i felt a tingling sensation throught my body and they i noticed what i thought was too be closed eye visuals because i saw multiple differant colors flash while my eyes were closed
And my heart started beating faster after that i got really confused and couldn't remember were i was for a minute.

Also this was like my 2nd experiance with idoser because i cant focus threw the 3min ones does anyone have any methods to stay focused?

Sometimes the dose gets you to that you cant focus anymore, you could be in a sort of not knowing state. I had this with the Helium dose (from the app), from around 8min till 13min i totally forgot what i did then, 2 min before the dose ends the frequenty changed and i got "back"..
Maybe try again?

Don't worry a LOT about focusing or not focusing, worry and over-expectation are some of your biggest enemies while dosing. Your priority must be to relax, you're trying to dose off into the track so to speak, in order to achieve that you don't "DO" anything, you just let everything go or rather deem it unimportant. Anything but the dose. And then... once in a while, when you catch yourself phasing and come back to your senses you might be suprised by how effective the dose is actually being.

Be calm, be patient, pratice.

Listening to some (calming^^) music or music you like can help. Idk what music you like but, Drake - Headlines has some great lyrics for dosing i think ghehe. Listen to it (mostly first 30 seconds) ! Keep it up !
