It seems to only work for me with speakers

I am totally new to this, and I have tested 'marijuana', 'orgasm', 'heroin' & 'hand of god' tracks with decent headphones but not had much luck in feeling anything to be honest. Funnily enough though, I can definitely feel something, and quite strongly for that matter, with a track on youtube titled 'digital drugs - WARNING - GEOFFREY' but only when played though my car stereo. I actually physically feel across between stoned, and high off solvents/poppers throughout this experience and I mentally feel intoxicated and chatter away to myself in my head as if I were stoned, but this only seems to work for me through my car stereo and not through headphones.
Any ideas on why this might be?
I really wish it would work though headphones but I'm just not getting anything, it feels as though I'm forcing myself to try and feel something and it's just not happening. But though my car stereo (which I put +2 to the rear btw, if that makes a difference), I can literally feel it almost straight away.
