Hello, i am a newb, and i tried Peyote earlier this week, and kinda work for me, then i decided to give a shot to "Overdose" it looked so GREAT. but i didnt do anything, literally anything. I dont know what i am doing wrong, what i do is:
1 Stretch
2 Lay down
3 Relax a bit
4 put my eye-mask
5 put my Beats on
6 put my Dose
7 Try to concentrate on the dose ( It is very difficult to me to concentrate any suggestion?)
8 wait still like a dummy

I do these steps, i get distracted very easily, and i try to concentrate but is very difficult, can you help me out? Thanks folks Happy Dosing!

i myself have trouble concentrating, but what i do is focus on the noise. each individual part at a time. i can sometiimes focus so much it blanks out the other sounds. but its for a split second. you will get it, my mind is really crazy and i can get it sometimes. good luck

I tried peyote myself not long ago and it is one of my new personal favourites. But usually I do the same steps as you but try to listen to the dose reset it can help you focus for the next dose.
