Lucid Dreaming dose

After taking this dose I can no longer remember my dreams, it's been two days already.
I could remember one of the dreams I had during the first day of listening to the dose by luckily finding a trigger for it in a anime, I can only remember an image of the dream, just that.
No triggers found for second day, unknown if it works like that.
Third day occurred just the same, go to sleep after dose, make reality checks all the time, used MILD and DILD methods. The way it feels is like this: I go to sleep, I wake up in 1 second after as if nothing happened, like I had time travelled, this is odd to me because I have never experienced having no memories of the dream after waking up.
