I never know what volume to listen to these at. Do different volume levels affect the side effects you receive? I've had good experiences, but I'm always unsure of where to set the volume, sometimes I think I put it too loud because I'm worried it won't take effect at lower volumes.

I think this thread was posted somewhere else before, or maybe in the faq, but I remember someone saying to put the volume at a comfortable level, but not too quiet (that you can barely hear it) and not too loud (that its blasting so loud your ears start to hurt).

At least past half volume, that's my advice
