Hey guys, I was wondering if some of you could tell me about the effects that the Sleeping Angel Does has on you. I'm relatively new to I-Doser, but I have been using binaural beats for awhile now and have found them helpful. I have heard that sleeping angel is supposed to help you relax and sleep, but I have tried other binaural beats for sleeping and have not had any of them really impact how I sleep or how I get to sleep.
