I've been reading things about what to think about when your doing a dose. Stuff like thinking about the sound and not the effects that might happen and thinking that the dose won't work. And it's got me confused. So I just want somebody to explain what I should be thinking about while doing a dose.

1. NEVER focus on the effects, it really screws up if what you THINK is going to happen differs from what SHOULD happen.

2. For some people it works better if they focus on the sound (doesnt matter if you choose white noise or beeps), for others its better to just stare at something to get your mind blank.

3. I haven't confirmed this, but apparently you're NOT supposed to let your mind wander for maximum effects.

4. I also haven't confirmed this, but some users say its best to be tired when taking a dose, or to masturbate before a dose, so your body puts up less of a fight.

I agree. Try not to think of other things except what the dose is trying to do. You shouldn't open your eyes or surf the net or do things like that. I usually do a breathing technique, it's when you breathe in tighten your leg muscles, then breathe in and tighten your leg muscles and do that until you reach your head. Then just lay down and cover with some covers or something. Do this and it will maximize the effects of the dose, also see the miximize your effects thread.
