My Astral Projection Experience: Round 2

I just tried Astral Projection for the first time in about 3 years. It was a little scary, but pretty wild. Here's what I recorded right when it was done. Not what I would consider a true OBE, but still pretty intense. Every word of this is true, exactly how I remember it.
Astral Projection: 0004- 19 Jan 14:
Dose started off with nothing abnormal. A few minutes in, I started to feel my arms and legs go numb. Then I started to focus on my breathing. At some point, I lost track of time. When I came to a point of realization in the dose, I could not hear, see, or feel anything, but I was aware that I was "awake". Then I opened my "eyes" and I could see the night sky with stars everywhere. Half of the stars were moving bright and wildly in all directions. Strangely my vision was narrowed down to a rectangle shape, as if I was looking through a window or door. Then a voice broke the silence and said, "You're not supposed to be here." The voice sounded like a man and woman's voice mixed into one, but sounded like it was muffled by water (it's hard to explain). I very quickly started moving backward, away from my window to the stars, and before I knew it I was conscious and awake outside of the dose again. My eyes were still closed. I could hear the dose again. At the moment that I felt myself come to, I also felt a very quick and sharp throb in my chest, like my heart fluttered. I could also feel a warming sensation in my arms and legs like I had just regained circulation. At this point, the dose was beginning to slow down and wind up, so I opened my eyes to make sure that I was in the same place that I started. I immediately saw lights flashing everywhere. I stared at the ceiling and it looked like it was raining onto the ceiling and being lit up every time a raindrop hit. Like water dancing on the ceiling. It was entrancing, so until the dose ended about 5 minutes later, I continued to watch the light show on the ceiling. This was all a very quick trip but also a very awesome and mysterious one. I have no idea where I drifted off to, but apparently I wasn't supposed to be there...
