I have success many times in astral projection

1 you must very relax when you listen to the dose
2 astral projection need many training to success it may take 1 month but every days you will feel better
3 you must off all lights and sleep in the dark room
4 your first astral projection maybe like the dream
5 the astral projection vision is deffrent normal vision when you wake up
6 when you listen to the dose Clear your mind from any ideas and just relax
7 your head must be high than your body so put any thing under your head more than 30 cm
8 don't try to move your body and just leave your self relax and when the out of body begain you will feel like your spirit swim in the room

In my first dose, with Astral Projection, it was...WON DER FUL! I feel my body melting in my bed , and a little feared but i waited and i see an a glowing wheat field. I touched the wheat and it was harm by the THREE SUNS. It was amazing and a little strange but i liked and now is my favorite dose.
