Not sure how much the I-Doser guys will like this..but try using a program like mp3mymp3...If you set the record settings to (I use the stereo setting), it will record anything making a noise on your computer. So make sure you don't have anything other than mp3mymp3 and i-doser running while recording..don't want random AIM noises or something going off in the middle of a dose anyway. Hit record then play your dose. When your dose is done, stop the recording (if you can move or see straight
) give the program a second, then hit save as mp3.
I'm sure there's other ways of doing it or better programs and I'm sure I-Doser won't like it at all.
Convert to mp3

You may get an mp3 using this method, but the dose won't be effective. When you create an mp3, the file is compressed and it loses the separate binaural tones... the dose will be useless.
We have designed the Simuation CD to be able to be converted to mp3 and still keep the tones. If you want to create mp3s, this is the way to go.

Thats why you record it in stereo and not mono, it then records both speakers seperate. Recording exactly what's comeing out of your headphones or speakers. Then you can split up the file and edit it and such and hear some weird shiz. LOL. But, im sure this is on the lines of illegal. Atleast with this program and since you do have to pay for doses. So dont do this?
Also there's other programs out there, which you can make your own. Maybe even make something better? Atleast for your needs.
