something that makes you lose your appetite, or something. Think it would be a big hit...

I do not feel that would be safe. Wouldn't that turn into a mental addiction just like err.. whats the word.. Where you throw up after every meal? Could be dangerous.. Better make sure they check the terms of service well :]

Edit: First post :D hello fellow I-Dosers!

that would be belemich (i think that's how you spell it) but I don't think this would be a very good idea as it may turn to anerexia also.

You mean Bulimia?

Plus, the poster's talking about generally losing appetite, not throwing up. The need to suppress appetite, or take medication to suppress it, is anorexia.

Instead of going for such a drastic measure that would take half an hour or more, why not just eat some fruit?

Fruits and veggies have neurotransmitters that help suppress appetite.

I don't know how good these guys are, it seems that they are pretty good, but wouldn't it be hard to simulate a hypothalmic regulation without taking actual drugs?

Metabolism Booster! Someone is on the right trail with this! not to lose your appetite, that can be dangerous. Metabolism changes could be manipulated and you could change it when it is needed.

Actually, metabolism changes slowly dependent on your activities and genetics. A person that has been lazy for their childhood will retain this and then stay that way and it becomes hard to gain a higher metabolic rate. After all that time of using little or no energy, the body had adapted to that and since no energy is there, it is hard to get the rate higher because it is harder to excercise. I also have a list of Binaural frequencies, and a metabolic rate is one of them.

It could maybe instead be something that like, stops from compulsive eating or overeating?

Or maybe it could stop from excessive snacking.
That'd be cool. : )

No, because you can eat two grilled cheese sandwhiches a day and still have the same metabolism. It will actually slow down. Having a quick metabolism means that you can eat as much as you want and only gain 1-5 pounds. Then get rid of that weight by the next day.

You also said about certain enzymes. Instead of using sound, use EM waves from a EM generator. It should make the body release the enzymes to get rid of the fat cells. Then the only problem of putting the skin back to normal. It would be stretched out from the fat cells, after all.

Well, in the REAL human body, where the mind regulates everything, it can produce extras when the body needs it if we can get our minds to at least start making the extras.

That does sound logical because the calories have to actually go somewhere, you cannot burn them up without using the energy.

It would be nice to see a dose like that in i-doser as well. It would be a quite practical one (as opposed to all the recreational ones already implemented).
mmhhh so true... i could use a dose like that.... im not exactly skinny.... nor fat... a sort of beer gut i guess you call it :P
