Does the process of listening to a dose requite concentration and dedication or not?

Will there be an effect if I do something (surfing the web, typing, reading, ironing а shirt) while listening to a Dose?

Will there be an effect if I listen to music (or watch tv) at the same time as I listen to a dose.

It requires concentration, the only activity you listed that might be possible is listening to music, seeing as how the mp3 disc iDoser sells contains music in the background.
