I've been trying every night for the past 2 weeks with no results. I've tried all sorts of doses, but nothing seems to take any effect on me.

Could it be my headphones? I mean, I'm using pretty decent ones. Sony MDR-V600 is the model. They are stereo too.

I don't know where I'm going wrong. I lay down in a dark room, and focus on the tones, but never feel anything.

Suggestions?

dont concentrate on the tones.

picture yoru grandma in her underwear for 30 minutes.

well ive tried using idoser while in bed, and i just kinda fall asleep with no effects.

and ive also tried focusing on the tones while fully awake, laying down in a dark room, and ill go through a whole dose without feeling anything.

i dont know what else to try?

It tooke me only a few days to get something working...
I'm on the weed one atm.
It's awsome realaxing, not a care, not about much anyways...

I just hooked my heaphones up to my comp and went over to my bed and just kinda tryed to drift as far away from reality as I could...
not really concentrate on anything, althought it's almost imposible to actually do because when it happen, that instant you think, yay I'm not thinking about anything the BAM your thinking bout thinking!!

so if any of this makes sence just try to drift off and have a good time, think of it as listioning to a messed up techno song and not taking a dose.
With me this time some weird things started happening, for one I felt like a train was going by the tracks outside, but then it lasted for almost the whole dose!!
also with your eyes closed spend some time examining the darkness...
you never know what minght turn up .

if any of this doesn't make sence, it's cause I'm kinda I-high atm...

woa, if you decide to do one of the doses that make you feel really good like the one I'm on, d/l some pink floyd songs, they are awsome to listion to!!
