When you have a lucid dream, you're in sleep paralysis.

also, would it be ok for me to listen to the file without concrentraiting and sufring the internet and stuff first, just so I know what it will be like and so I dont get caught off guard with anything like some people might have been with enhalient or whatever?
ok UPDATE:::
I did just what i described above. I stopped at about 58% thinking that yeah lucid dreams, like theres going to be anything suprising in that. So after i stopped the program, there was this strange ringinig in my ears, but it was really low pitched.
It was like WEEEOW WEEEOW repeating over and over if that makes any sense lol. Anyways, i was resting my head on my hand and my hand was like vibrating to these sounds. It was as if my brain were vibrating. I assume this is normal (not that my brain was vibrating, but that i would hear this sound) Any help would be appreaciated.
THANKS!

There's also a free series called Mastering the Art of Lucid Dreaming here:
http://www.realityshifter.com/2007/mast ... -dreaming/
It covers a lot of good information about how to have lucid dreams, how to stay lucid, how to control your dreams, etc. You can use those techniques while you listen to the Lucid Dream dose and you'll be much more likely to have a lucid dream.

That's probably residual ringing in the ears from the tones/frequencies that trigger the binaural beat. It happens to a lot of people. You might want to turn down the volume when you listen to the doses. Binaural tones are effective even at an extremely low volume level, so if you turn the volume down you'll still get the effects but you'll reduce the chance of experiencing the ringing in your ears afterward.
