I started listening and felt the world melt away, all my pain was numbed, and euphoria washed over me, within 10 min. After 15 minutes of listening I was slowing down and the sedation was coming in, and my muscles where relaxing. By the end of the dose I seen the world in a blurry haze, a very euphoric one, it made me slow down and calm down (I have anxiety) and it really made my day, I went and took a nap after 30 min, and than woke up feeling good.
