How many times should i listen to this dose?

Hi I-doser!!! So i purchased your mobile app and till now it's amazing, very nice 20 doses for just 5$ awesome, but i have a question about my recent purchased dose slenderize, how many times should you listen to this dose per day? Can you please tell me thank you.

I think before you eat. And hgh before and after workout.

Hahaha!!! No, i am actually an arab guy from Lebanon, Jad in arabic means serious and yes mitri is the same as Dimitri in Russia, thx for your help!!!
