Purchased doses won't work on new installation

I've never encountered this with any software before, but it's just cropped up with I-Doser.
I've got I-Doser Premium, with a library of doses that I purchased previously.
When I installed I-Doser Premium onto my new computer, with a new Windows 10 Installation, and tried to load a dose, I got the message "This dose is licenced for another computer. Please buy a dose for this computer".
Is there some way of linking my current computer to the software and doses previously purchased, or are we seriously expected to buy whole new doses every time we upgrade our computer or do a fresh Windows installation? As I mentioned, I've never come across this with any other software.
