Am I the only one who sees twisted and disturbing faces while using the Reset dose?

Reset is just 8hz white noise. If yo're seeing stuff, it's got to be placebo.

It could also be effects from whatever you took before resetting.

It was probably that, then. Sometimes effects can be delayed.

Er..."good"? It's psychedelic, meaning your brain is going to generate the experience. You could experience a wide variety of things.

Well, don't try to direct the trip, most of it comes from your subconscious anyway. Trying to force it to go a certain way rarely leads to anything good.

Well with I-Doser you take off the headphones. With LSD or shrooms or somesuch, you just gotta let it flow, know what I mean?

Well, that's your choice, I suppose. I guess I'm just totally comfortable with my mind. The only hallucinogenic drug I'd never do is diphenhydramine. It's an OTC any histamine and if you take enough you trip. Only thing is, you're so delerious you completely forget you took anything and don't know what you're seeing isn't real. Anyway, best advice I can give you is to be comfortable with yourself and your mind and to just not be afraid. You might experience some pretty scary shit, but its all in your head and theres also the good trips which are absolute things of beauty and wonder.
