For 30 days I'm going to try and get a dose working.

make sure ur audiosettings is set to stereo headphones, do u kno how to chage that.

Try to relax more when your using it, and stop thinking about getting an effect, or it wont come!

Yes be less expectant of what the dose says it will do. Just relax and try several doses, some seem to work for different people while others do not.
I suggest trying Marijuana. That one gets me every time while some like Opium do nothing for me.

counting to 100 backwards i fin helps A LOT works every time if i do it. i'm basically tricking my mind into a constant thought which helps the dose work.

only day 2/30 and your already having negative thoughts... you need to keep a nutral aditude to achieve a fair result.

Thanks for the replies and encouragement. I don't have a negative look on the product, I am hoping something will happen, and I'll try to adjust what I do for a session to see what happens.

I'm pretty sure that you have to keep at I-Doser for days, maybe even weeks, before you get really good effects anyways.
