Vico - People who can't feel effects read

This has been my first successful dose. The trip wasn't that exciting, it just felt like I was on vicodin (go figure). I've been trying to have a successful attempt for 3 days, and several redoses. For those of you having trouble with getting these things started read the next stuff.
French Roast:
After having read http://www.i-doser.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=422 and reading a suggestion, I decided to start practicing my breathing with french roast. So I breathed in very slowly and counted down from 10 before I did french roast, and I actually did feel a little different as I walked around the house. Being an impulsive buyer and also thinking I had this down, I decided to buy Vico (reccomended to a user by Ness).
Vico:
I did this at night in my room at my computer desk. Starting off, I loaded Vico and closed my eyes. I breathed in 10 times very slowly and counted down in my head. I pressed play on Vico and closed my eyes again and I continued to breathe very slowly. Around 40 pct I felt my body get heavy (I've been on Vicodin before so I knew exactly when I could feel it). I kept breathing in slowly and by the time it ended I was feeling pretty damn good.
The main things to think about:
I would reccomend taking 10 slow breaths before you start, and count down from 10. (learned from Couch in http://www.i-doser.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=422)
I would also reccomend breathing slowly throughout your whole dose.
While I concentrated on my breathing, I didn't notice until around the end that I hadn't paid too much attention about the sound waves. I think if you just focus on something you will feel the effects. I also periodically looked at my door to see if anyone had come in, and checked my percentage.
Good luck, ask me if you have any questions.
