hey guys like the title says i want too but im nervous is there any danger involved in it or anything like should i worry about not waking up?

Eh? I don't want to offend, but thats kind of a silly fear. When you're having a Lucid Dream, you're still dreaming and thus still sleeping and thus still in the sleep cycle. Of course you'll wake up.

no offense taken, after reading up on it i have no fear of it, but how can i get lucid using i-dose and how will i now? i tried last night but nothing happened but i plan to take again tonight, any tips or trick to become lucid?

I've never cared enough to seriously try, but theres definitely guides online on how to go about it. To start, though, listen to the Lucid Dream dose and try to fall asleep right when you're done listening.

well nothing i had adream but no lucidity or ablility to be aware i was in a dream. but haveing a dream i can remember is a start for me i really dont get them.
