I'm going to a football cup tomorrow, and it'll last till sunday.
i'm cinda untrained now, cuz it has been vacation.
So my question is, which dose is the best for performance, speed, awakness, reaction etc? remember it is for a football cup, so i need something that fits to that...
Help???
