Just as topic says.
Do i have to close my eyes while using RESET(The dose reset in idoser)? Or can i have my eyes open and surf on my computer and It's still going to reset?

Would like to have an answer!

EDIT: one more question. If i don't reset with idoser. Is my brain going to reset itselft instead? while I sleeping or something? if it's so how long does it take?

I think saying your mind is fighting the beats is a poor choice of words. Its more that they simply don't work. The point of binaural beats is to deprive your brain of as many inputs (including thoughts) as possible other than the sounds so that your brainwaves happen to sync up with those of the sounds because its all there is to focus on. They aren't forcing you to do anything, thus theres nothing for your mind to fight.

Yeah, I know what you meant, but you have to think about how you're going to sound to less informed people. You don't want to give prohibitionists any unnecessary fuel for their scare tactics.
