Astral - My first Experience

I've tryed quite a few doses, wile not having any kind of effect what so ever, except from feeling very slightly panicy, twitchy and sometimes, falling to sleep.

What i did First>>

So, i started up the drug file "Astral", Turned off all the lights.. sat down
in bed, and pulled the covers below my neck, and started concentrating on the sound i was hearing.

What i felt>>

As the beats got even lower and lower in tone/Hz whatever, i started feeling strange, i knew my hands where there, and i knew they were apart of me, but for some time i felt like i was slowly becoming "two" as i think it suggests on the description.

The rest of my body was to follow, as i felt as if i was leaving my body and slowly sinking into the floor, But not literally, i knew i was still there, it just felt like i had a second "person" or "form". I let loose a big grin as i
knew it was working but controlled myself as i knew it might ruin the effect.

At the end when i got up from my bed, and walked the short distance to my chair, my legs felt wobly and shakey, but not to the extreme of falling over.

The effects came on quite quick and left as quick too. But this is the best / only experience i have got out of Idoser so far. I do hope theres more to come :D

Overall it was a cool experience and wasn't scary at all, i recommend "Astral"to anyone who's scared about taking doses. As its just a great experience.

-=few tips=-

If your breathing concious ( i.e. having your head under covers for a long time)
just bring the covers below your neck, so you can breathe naturally. Worked for me.

Try and make the room as dark as you can, especially on things like Astral.
( An example of this could be, turning your computer onto standby so you dont getthe moniter light disturbing your setting )

I just tried this dose, and all i can say is.. wow.

No, I didn't fully project, but I think I came very close.

I have read about how astral projections work before so I sort of knew what to expect.

I slowly was relaxed until eventually I must've reached a state of trance because my body was heavy and I was disaware of my body (which is hard because I have bad eczema).

I began to use a technique I read about called ROPE, which is where you imagine you are puling yourself out of your body on a rope. But you don't visualise it, you just imagine you can feel the rope, and the tension as you pull it.

I became determined that I was going to do it, and to an extent, I did become slightly separated, especially in my arms and legs.

I just kept forcing myself harder and harder pulling the rope, and in the end even my head started to feel separated and I got intense vibrations all over my body.

Then my eyes fell open (I had been struggling to keep them closed from the beginning) and I pulled myself out of the trance and that was the end. (a trance btw just means your body is a sleep and your mind is awake)

It was very intense and at the end I felt heavy and had strange sensations in my body (possibly open chakras).

I felt like I was right on the edge but couldn't quite break through but I came so close!!
