How would you determine what it feels like? I'm not a knowlegdable expert on the subject, but i'm guessing people with mental retardation have never been exactly eloquent on the subject of how it feels.

I was in the office at my school yesterday, and theres a kid who used to think he was a penguin(for like a month) and now he thinks he can talk to objects such as walls and floors and my backpack(i was cleaning it cause i got something on it, he was like 'your backpack doesn't like that'. You guys are acting like everybody here is being a dick of retarded people. You are just being overprotective. OK, so somebody's retarded. Nobodys criticizing that person, or making fun of it. And there are types of retardation that only enable happiness. You've never seen a retarded person thats always sad. Unless they weren't born retarded. Thats because they don't know that they have it bad.

A good retarded dose would just be a suped up quick dose.
