Tips for better focusing

Hey guys, as you may know, staying focused on the sounds is very important for getting 100% of the effect. I would like to give you some advice on doing so. This will take some weeks, you have to practise it every day.
Your are thinking most of the time, more exactly, almost every second in your hole life except the time you sleep.
First off you have to be more aware of your thoughts. Lay down on your bed, make your self comfortable and start "watching" your thoughts. That means that you shouldnt follow them, like suddenly you think on your purchase note for today, normaly it would go like: milk, bread, etc. Just think like "ok, its a purchase note". This will be hard first times, cuz thoughts will rush your brain like nothing. But it will get better and better every day. You should start with 5 minutes if you did it for so long add another 5 minutes and so on, do so with every excercise in this guide. Do so as long as you are able to watch your thoughts 30 minutes without any interrupting.
You did it? Good, now the next part: Follow a thought without thinking about anything else. It doesnt matter what it is, but you have to focuse on it. Think about f****ng a girl, thinking about every detail what you do, she does and so on. Think about walking around on a place you like, it doesnt matter, just go as much in details as possible. Do so as long as you are able to hold the thought atleast 30 minutes.
Now the last part, think absolutely nothing. Kick every thought out of your brain as soon as it appears. This will be very hard, but the more you practise, the better it will work. Do so as long as you are able to have a absolutly clear mind for 30 minutes.
Now get on that bed, start the dose and get your flash.
