New to I-doser, my experiences

I am new to I-Doser and binaural beats in general. My cousin introduced me into I-Doser. I downloaded the program that came with Alcohol and Content. He decided to buy French Roast.

My first dose was Alcohol. I did have the lights on, mainly because I was scared (yeah I'm a scaredy cat sometimes :D). I was closing my eyes as well, but I can't really do that for the whole 30 minutes. I'm just not used to it, so while I was lying down I opened my eyes every few minutes. I ended up sleeping. I didn't remember the dream, but I woke up with a slight buzz feeling. I got up to check how long I have been listening....about 70-80% from what I recalled. I'm guessing that's what ruined the rest of the experience. I should have stayed down, oh well. After that, I felt normal.

I tried French Roast maybe an hour ago....I was pretty damn sleepy. This dose is short, but boy it worked. I felt awake, just how I wanted to feel. The lights were off, blinds were a little open, I laid down, eyes closed, and just listened to it, not forcing myself to or anything like that. Then I tried to focus on my breathing and counting 1 to 5 when I was breathing out. I'm not sure why, it just happened :p. So, this dose worked for me real well. I think I will listen to this every morning from now on. Thanks for taking your time to read my experience!

yes, French Roast gets high marks! :)
also, the reason they give Alcohol free is because it works well even with cheap headphones (more like 2 beers and a couple-3 hits off a joint really)
invest in better headphones asap, and Brain+ which makes you smater and enhances everything else...

I have these nice head phones from either late 80s or early 90s. They were good in its time, but they're pretty heavy compared to today's headphones. The sound quality is actually nice. They are Pioneer digital SE-72.
