Does anyone know whether the I-doses are bad for your brains ? And if they are - to what extend ?

that's a good question.

I know nothing about the safety of binaural beats/frequencies..

but I do know that they can only cause your brain to function in ways
that it would naturally- or in this case, while under the influence.

case in point,
they can't make your brain do anything that it wouldn't do
under regular circumstances.

but there have been reports in the forum of people permanently seeing static, having long lasting effects, etc. what's the deal?

You can become dependent on anything you enjoy. As for people developing HPPD from I-Doser, it is unknown what causes HPPD, so theres no telling why they got it, but its really rare, so don't worry. As for psychological harm, of course it can cause that, its called a bad trip. Its the risk you take.

You can get addicted to anything you like. Some people get addicted to games, or porn!

sorry for digging up old post but heres something i read in an article a while ago.

watching, listening, reading pornography releases the same chemicals in your brain as if you were taking cocaine (not i-dose cocaine but ACTUAL cocaine)
