What does the word "DEMENTIC sounds" mean.

demontic...well...i don't know if it's even real, i think he meant Demonic or demented (demonic mean insane/evil/demon/not of this world?... demented is...hmm...insane/crazy/not normal..

sort of sounds like demonic and hectic put together (hectic is like, a lot going on at the same time, overwhelming almost..
