ok, nothing seems to be working, iv tried them a few times, help?

i also have good headphones

have you followed the all the steps required to make the does work ?

basicly its just relaxing and concentrating. i wouldnt recommend to mix doses with ritalin, you wouldnt be able to focus on the sounds at all. but if you wanna trip then eat 8 ritalin pills and sniff 4, after 1 hour have sex.. im talking out of experience

anyways back to the point, with your "condition" i would think that if you started with taking "reset dose" before starting the dose you want, you would be way more calm and ready to focus on getting a trip working.

i focused on the sound + 100 - 0 + abcs ad it worked lol weird..

so what did you feel in you trip ??

i just took hand of god for the 2nd time and to be honest i got a little dissapointed. the only thing that really happened was:

1) i had a <minor> paranoia

2) i became slightly numb at my hands/arms and feet/legs

3) my right hand lifted all by itself and started pointing up against my sealing swirling around for a minute, that was very odd

in trip i was kinda perinoid because i didnt know what was going on,

the walls were bleeding colors, shapes behind my eyes, a looked at a picture and it dissipered... weird it like blended into the wall
