I am a new user and i have tried a few of them but only one actually worked.....Out of Body. On some forums, it sais that if you are not ready, you should start with one for beginners.
I am just wondering which ones are for beginners??????????

"Trip" is the beginners one for the hallicination doses.
And by the way, one question mark would have done.

You might want to start with shorter doses like French Roast or Quick Happy. I first started on I-doser trying all of these crazy hallucinogens with no real solid effects, but now I use quick happy all the time and it almost always works. I guess it's just easier to concentrate on the sound for 5 minutes versus 30 like most of the doses. Plus, if Quick Happy works for you like it does for me, you will be too happy to care about any other doses. Nitrous is also a good one to test yourself with.

Try the moderates ones, like Opium, Alcohol and Nicotine. If it doesn't work, keep bombing your brain with waves, it will eventually become more and more affected by the effects.
Also try to use Reset or Brain + before having a dose, because it will put you at the right frequency.
And finally, don't forget to respect all of the stickied-mentionned steps. Meditation could also be a good thing.

yeah out of body should really actually cause you to come out of your body.
I mean you're not really out you just feel like you are, some people say its a form of lucid dream where you can go all around the place where you live, others say its you projecting your mind into your real-time double and moving with it around the world (and in theory you could go anywhere you want and see it in real time)
