Astral Projection Slip Up!

So I decided last night before bed that I would try Astral Projection...Everything was going fine during listening(Except I could've sworn I could hear "Keep Going" "Go On"). I got a bit of the light paralysis you get with Anesthesia and kept listening to the end.
When it finished, I didn't feel any different and thought "Hmm, well...what did I expect to happen?" So I started listening to some Will Smith, I then noticed that the light which shines through my window at the edge of my blind, was moving slightly, I thought to myself "I must just be really tired". I took my headphones off for a moment, and after a few seconds I heard a train go past my house, except I don't live near any train lines, that's when I began to get concerned. I thought maybe I was having a Lucid Dream(Because I'd never had one before and didn't know what it would be like) but thought it was quite dull for a dream, lying in bed listening to music. I looked at my window and it appeared to form sort of double doors which seemed to move closer and further away from me. I began to get very paranoid, I hadn't thought I was tripping as there was no mention of hallucinations in the Dose description, so I assumed it must be a dream, but it felt so real.
I got out of bed and walked to turn on my light and look around. Everything seemed normal. I then noticed that my arms did not appear to be how they usually are, they seemed more like out of a first person shooter(like when you have "fists" equipped) which is the best way I can describe it. I touched my arm and noticed my skin seemed quite fluidic, but still didn't assume that I was tripping, but just dreaming. I walked to my bathroom and turned on the light and looked in the mirror. For about 2 minutes I was staring at my reflection and became very confused as my eyes appeared to be moving and drooping towards my nose, as if they were melting. I then looked at my mouth and my bottom lip appeared to be expanding and kind of, flopping more.
From this point on I couldn't decide if I was dreaming or tripping and went to bed, I failed to get to sleep for about 1.5 - 2hours.
I was pretty scared during the whole experience as I didn't know what was going on, anyone have thoughts on what could have happened or any comments to make?
