Has anyone got any good advice on using the Chakra dose? I dont think it can be as simple as just listening to the frequencies, it must involve some visualization of the chakras or something. Also, what should I expect to experience during the dose?

Hey dude.

Well, I used the Chakra dose twice two nights in a row and I have some cool experiences with it.

Well first off, the first night I just let it play like any other dose to see what could possibly happen. Basically afterwards I felt connected with everything, and like after the dose ended I just did alot of small meditation steps and yoga type things....

The second night it required like you said a little bit more...
Basically the second time it gave me more physical effects rather than spiritual. I felt more light and more aware of everything... but all you really need to do is listen to the dose along with calming excercises throughout your days. that is basically it.
