I've looked through many a thread, but no one has posted the pair of headphones i own yet, and i just want to know if i need to upgrade or not.

They are Philips SHE5920 Virtual Surround Sound In Ear Headphones and they have these capabilities:

Sound:
Acoustic system: Open
Magnet type: Neodymium
Voice coil: CCAW
Diaphragm: Mylar dome
Frequency response: 16 - 22 000 Hz
Impedance: 16 Ohm
Maximum power input: 50 mW
Sensitivity: 106 dB
Speaker diameter: 15 mm
Type: Dynamic
Connector 3.5 mm stereo

I can't seem to find out whether they're stero output or whatever, and i'm wondering that will make a difference. Also, is the frequency response okay?

Any feedback is much appreciated. :)

The description tells you that they are stereo. The connector is a standard 3.5 stereo bit. The frequency response should be adequate on those.

Seriously I don't think headphones actually effect it as much as people think.

If you can hear the beat then why isn't that adequate?
