I just got the CD and was wondering if the CD works with Ipod headphones

iPod headphones should work but they wont work AS well as higher quality headphones

i need files from the cd when i got my cd right when i put it in the cd player (not touching the part that the lens reads) It kept on skipping and going fuzzy. I bought a new cd player and tried it again and it did the same thing. I tried it in a computer and my ipod and it did the same thing. I pretty sure its the cd. Can you guys send me the files please?
