Hmm... I only get strange reactions from I-Doser...

I've never done any drugs in my life, although I'm only 14 years old so there's plenty of time for that. But anyway, I really want I-Doser to work. I truly believe it can work, but I never get any powerful effects. This is strange, because I am very sensitive to even over-the-counter drugs like Dramamine, so I thought my mind would be "weak" enough for this to work. I usually try I-Doser a few times, forget about it for a month, and then try it again. Anyway these are my experiences:

French Roast:
This one actually worked. I felt like I just had an energy drink, but only for about ten minutes.

Antidepressant (5-HTP)
When I tried this one, I was actually on real antidepressants as well. The dose must have interacted with the medication in some way, because this one kinda screwed me up. Every 10 seconds, I got an electric shock-like sensation, my brain felt like it was swishing through the air, and my mind went blank. Really trippy. I didn't know it at the time, but this is actually a side-effect usually caused by antidepressant withdrawal, called "Brain Zaps". I got the same sensations again when I went off my antidepressants, but not as often. The fact that I-Doser caused this common antidepressant side effect associated with serotonin disturbances, even though I didn't know what it was at the time, means I-Doser must have had a real effect on my brain.

Insomniac:
During the dose, I kept involuntarily moving my arms from my side to my chest, then moving them back. I wasn't moving them very quickly, like a twitch, but I had no control over it. I also did sleep well that night.

Vico:
I was really concentrating and trying to get this to work. For about a minute, I was able to mentally "lock on" to a certain brain path, and I got an intense sort of rush sensation. Then I lost it. I was slightly euphoric at times, but I don't think it worked as well as it could have.

I've tried some others, such as peyote, and got pretty much no effects. Any tips? I do everything people say to in the guides.

I'd say you probably just need practice to get used to the waves...some people get effects the first few tries, but ive been doing idoser for a few weeks and I'm just starting to get some effects and they're growing. From what you said about certain doses, you have a pretty good start, just keep practicing listening to the doses.

try the brain blitz thing where you listen to as many doses as possible while you're at your computer.

You don't need to concentrate and it dosn't matter if you get any effects but many people have found this can improve your ability to make the doses work.
