My headset is 20 to 20,000Hz, are there any doses are under 20Hz? i been having trouble with getting doses too work. I am new to this and i thought that this could be a problem if the doses i have been trying are under 20Hz.

I don't think headphones make that much difference.

For a lot of people (including me) it can be difficult. Keep trying.

I'd listen to sharper guy and change your technique, rather than your headphones. Frequencies under 20hz are frequencies you can feel, rather than hear, so they shouldn't be something to be concerned about.

taken from wikipedia:

Brainwave synchronization (entrainment) may be achieved when audio signals are introduced to the brain causing a response directly related to the frequency of the signal introduced, called binaural beats. Two tones close in frequency generate a beat frequency at the difference of the frequencies, which is generally subsonic. For example, a 500 Hz tone and 510 Hz tone will produce a subsonic 10 Hz tone, roughly in the middle of the alpha range. The resulting subsonic tone may affect the state of mind of the subject.

The lowest even usable carrier waves are ~100

(I know, I program my own homemade in SBaGen)
