So far I've tryed 2 diffrent doses; Content and Opium, BOTH worked. My current favo is Opium and here is my description:
At first I just found the sound plesent and a tad comforting.
A bit in my head got heavyer, I started to feel and hear my heartbeat.
Even further in I felt how everything slowed down - My breathing, my heartbeat and the sound.
And at the end I felt how my chest moved up and down in my heartsbeats rytm, very slowly and very peacefully.
That's about it, awesome if ask me!
I doubt I got 100% off the effect as I didn't follow all the terms of useage but I'll probably try later tonight and see if it gets any cooler.
