I was asking around and one person said that anything that messes with your brain waves, or alters it, does in fact hurt you.
and i told him about how the site says its "Absolutely!" safe. Then he said well thats was that said about asbestos.
Then i got kinda scared (my worst feer is to become a Schizophrenic or have a mental illness, and im afraid messing with my brainwaves will give me an illness or hurt me).
So is there any effect that it does to your brain?

well, I really don't see how they could hurt you, unless you though hey its a good idea to listen to hand of got 16 times while i sleep tonight! yeah, that would mess you up, so as long as you don't mix the doses and keep them seperated, you shouldn't get messed up...is what ive heard

No. That is the worst possible combination of doses. Seek medical treatment immediately.
But seriously, I-doser is safe.

Brainwaves are always there. All frequencies of brainwaves are used. There's nothing harmful by altering them. If you do really 'trippy' doses, and you actually trip with them, and start thinking like you normally wouldn't, then sure, if you use this for too long, you may get some of those habits of thinking onto yourself. But unless you take the same dose several times a day, for 20 years, I wouldn't be thinking about it.
Anything is good in small doses, and everything is bad in big doses. Even water.
