Has anyone here tried it? it sounds really interesting, and i want to see know if it really does make you go "out of body"
that would be awesome

it works but it takes time, i've been using theta waves to help induce oobes for 2 years now it took me about half a year before i started regularly having them, it's really worth it but it does require some patience.
