I have a bunch of iDoses in MP3 format that I put on my iPod. I have not tested them, but I will when I go to bed. Do the doses work with the iPod Lanyard, though? I plan to go to bed wearing the lanyard and listen to a dose while laying down, relaxed, in the dark, just before I go to bed. Does this sound like a good method when taking a dose? Also, will the does "work" with the iPod? Thanks a ton!

Sounds good I have over 19 doses and I am new to using I-Doser (I used to have it, but I never used it "properly") so I hope this will get me into using it more. Appreciate the help, Finneus, and I will let you know if it worked for me.
