Got a problem. I always fall asleep =\

Yep its true.. every time I take a dose I fall asleep...
I turn off the lights,close my eyes and listen to the dose trying to concentrate on the dose.. but every time I just fall asleep even if its for a few minuts.. then when I wake up, no effect
Maybe I should not turn off the lights? or maybe not closing my eyes? but if I do that, the dose wont work...
any tips? suggestions?
